Comment on Grocery stores giving you a COUPON for a five cent rebate when you bring your own reusable bag. They don’t give you five cents off your current purchase INSTANTLY, no, you have to use the coupon next time. They do it on purpose, knowing that most people (including myself) won’t bother hanging on to the coupon to use during the next trip to the store. TSD!!!!! by Jasmine
